The following terms and conditions establish the agreement between you and Worcester Park Airport Cabs. By booking a taxi and utilizing our services, you unequivocally acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions as outlined in this agreement.
Definitions
"Worcester Park Airport Cabs," "we," or "us" denote the service-providing company. The terms "you" and "your" pertain to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.
Booking
2.1 Ensure adequate time allocation for your journey, especially for airport transfers with specified check-in times. Worcester Park Airport Cabs is not liable for delays arising from your failure to allocate sufficient time or unavailability at the scheduled pick-up time.
2.2 Responsible selection of a car suitable for passengers and luggage is your responsibility. Worcester Park Airport Cabs does not guarantee the transportation of excessive luggage. Children, irrespective of age, count as single passengers.
2.3 Requests for wheelchair access must be made during the booking process.
Prices & Payment
3.1 Our quotes are based on information provided by you, excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. Material changes to the itinerary may lead to quote adjustments.
3.2 A 45-minute waiting period after the landing time and airport parking costs are included in the quote. Additional waiting time incurs standard Worcester Park Airport Cabs waiting rates.
3.3 Upon quote acceptance, review the booking confirmation for accuracy. Worcester Park Airport Cabs is not responsible for delays or costs due to unreported errors.
3.4 Payment methods include cash, credit card, or debit card.
The Service
4.1 Passengers' behavior is your responsibility. Charges for cleaning may apply for vehicle soiling, damage, or negative impact caused by passengers.
4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking in the car is prohibited.
4.3 Children in the car must be appropriately restrained based on height, weight, and age.
4.4 The carriage of passengers is limited to licensing or insurance specifications.
Cancellations
5.1 Notify us promptly if you need to cancel. Charges apply if a cancellation occurs after dispatch.
5.2 Online booking cancellations may incur charges before vehicle dispatch.
Liability
6.1 While we strive for on-time arrivals, Worcester Park Airport Cabs is not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays. We are not responsible for losses incurred by you or your business.
6.2 Luggage is transported at your own risk.
6.3 In case of a vehicle breakdown, we aim to provide an alternative promptly.
6.4 You won't indemnify Worcester Park Airport Cabs for expenses, damages, costs, or losses from omissions or acts by anyone in your party.
6.5 No party can exclude or limit liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful default, or any matter deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.
Termination
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking if a vehicle or driver is at risk due to abuse, violence, or damage, without refunds.
Miscellaneous
8.1 Worcester Park Airport Cabs may subcontract obligations. You cannot assign, delegate, or transfer your obligations or rights without our consent.
8.2 We may alter terms and conditions, effective upon changes to this page. Existing bookings are honored at the rates in effect at booking.
8.3 Information processing adheres to the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Worcester Park Airport Cabs and yourself.
8.5 No third party has rights under this agreement unless agreed upon in writing.
Disputes
Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date; claims made after this period will not be entertained by Worcester Park Airport Cabs.
